History
The History Credentialing Field is provided by the History Department of the College of Arts and Sciences. The department provides a wide-range of regularly evening graduate courses that would be appropriate for a community college education credentialing field. These courses are available at the Meridian campus of Mississippi State University and are very convenient for the working professional student. A limited number of graduate history courses are also available in the asynchronous online format. The course availability, schedule, and sequence at the Starkville Campus does not currently support the History Credentialing Field for working professionals is not recommended for on-ground students at the Starkville Campus. Students can begin the history credentialing courses without specific prerequisites.
