Biology
The credentialing field of Biology is available to students through the completion of the General Biology Certificate offered by the Biology Department of the College of Arts and Sciences at Mississippi State University. The courses are all offered in an asynchronous online format for maximum schedule and location flexibility. A student completing this course of study will be prepared to be credentialed as a college faculty member. Depending on local licensing requirements and the background of the student, this credentialing may also allow for credentialing to teach dual-credit high school courses in Biology.
